Role Description The Team Lead (Edtech Inside Sales) will manage and mentor an inside sales team focused on selling education technology products and services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily calling activities, monitoring pipelines, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The role includes planning and executing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics,



and providing regular coaching and feedback to team members. The Team Lead will handle escalations, support key customer interactions, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and maintain accurate CRM records. The person in this role will also participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales representatives, while ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in edtech inside sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Demonstrated team leadership capabilities, including managing sales teams, coaching, performance management, and motivating team members.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Experience with sales processes and tools, such as CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
