We're looking for an experienced Manager GTM Training & Onboarding to drive onboarding, training and capability development for our Sales, Business Development & Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end onboarding for new GTM hires
Design and deliver Sales/GTM training programs
Conduct product, process, CRM & sales training
Develop training decks, SOPs, assessments and learning material
Conduct role plays, assessments & certification programs
Track ramp-up time, readiness & time-to-productivity
Partner with Sales/GTM leaders, HR and Hiring Managers
Continuously improve onboarding effectiveness and employee readiness What We're Looking For
10 13 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, L&D;, GTM Training or Onboarding
Solid experience training Sales / BD / Customer Success teams
Excellent facilitation, presentation & stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple onboarding batches/programs
Exposure to CRM, LMS & virtual training platforms
SaaS / B2B / Technology / BPO experience preferred
