Job Description:

- Plan, develop, and maintain gardens, lawns, plantations, and green belt areas within the plant premises.
- Supervise plantation drives, landscaping projects, and horticultural maintenance activities.
- Monitor plant health and implement appropriate irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest control measures.
- Maintain nurseries and ensure the availability of healthy plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams for landscaping and gardening activities.
- Ensure proper upkeep of green areas in compliance with environmental and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records of plantation, maintenance schedules, and horticulture-related activities.
- Implement water conservation and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of horticultural tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
- Promote cleanliness, aesthetics, and environmental sustainability across the plant premises.
- Candidates with qualifications and experience in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping, or Environmental Management are preferred.
