Job Description:

- Supervise daily horticulture, landscaping, and garden maintenance activities across the plant premises.
- Monitor the upkeep of lawns, gardens, plantations, green belts, and nursery areas.
- Allocate work to gardening staff and contractors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Oversee irrigation, fertilization, pruning, weeding, and pest control activities for healthy plant growth.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of horticultural tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate plantation drives, tree plantation programs, and seasonal landscaping activities.
- Maintain records of plantation, maintenance schedules, manpower deployment, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and environmental regulations.
- Report maintenance requirements and operational issues to the Horticulture Officer or management.
- Candidates with experience in horticulture, landscaping, gardening, or estate maintenance are preferred.
