- Monitor and manage production processes to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Analyze process parameters and optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and operations teams.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce downtime and wastage.
- Monitor raw material utilization, process flow, and machine performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards,



operational procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare process reports, operational analysis, and performance MIS for management.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of process-related issues.
- Guide and supervise operational teams for productive workflow management.
- Candidates with strong process management experience in steel/manufacturing industries preferred
