Job Description:

A Vice President of a Rolling Mill for a 40,000 to 60,000 TPA (Tons Per Annum) capacity leads all manufacturing, maintenance, and commercial operations. This senior leadership role demands an experienced techno-commercial leader who ensures production targets are met efficiently, quality standards are maintained, and cobbles are minimized

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- Experience: 25 to 30 years of hands-on operational experience in hot rolling mills (TMT, structural, wire rod, mill), with at least 5 years at a senior management or plant head level.
- Skills: Solid techno-commercial acumen, ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process issues (cobble control), knowledge of rolling mill automation (HMI/SCADA), and expertise in production planning.
