Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our architectural team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and managing
architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry
standards, and project objectives. The role requires solid technical expertise, creativity,
collaboration, and effective communication skills to support successful project execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design and Development:
Responsible for conceptualising, designing, and developing architectural plans and drawings
for various projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and
regulatory standards.

2. Project Coordination and Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate the project
requirements, resolve design-related issues, and ensure seamless integration of architectural
plans with other disciplines such as engineering and landscaping.

3. Documentation and Presentation:
Prepare comprehensive architectural documentation, including drawings, specifications, and
presentations, to effectively communicate design concepts, facilitate client approvals, and
support project implementation.

4. Design Innovation and Creativity:
Explore innovative design solutions and creative approaches to address project challenges,
enhance aesthetic appeal,



and integrate sustainable design principles into architectural
solutions.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Conduct quality checks and reviews to ensure that architectural designs meet quality
standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations, addressing any discrepancies or
deviations promptly and effectively.

6. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs,
preferences, and feedback, and providing responsive and professional support throughout
the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

7. Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture,
participating in training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance
skills and knowledge.

8. Team Support and Collaboration:
Provide support and assistance to architectural team members, sharing expertise, offering
guidance, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team
effectiveness and performance.

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
● Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in architectural design
● Experience in High Rise Apartments/ Office Spaces/ IT/ Healthcare/ Hotels
