Job Description:

Daily Checking of BOP Status & arranging BOP as per requirement.

Preparing Raw Material / Project item PO & arranging the same as per requirement.

Arranging Quotation for Tools & other items.

Finalization & Releasing PO to Supplier.

Vendor Development

Good Communication skills

Developed supplier relationships to assure consistent quality and cost control measures.
2. Conducted and managed negotiations for non-critical materials and services.
3. Reporting to Purchasing Manager and assisting him with daily routine inventory duties or any general office functions, including entering all orders and faxing purchase orders to different vendors.
4. Coordinating with vendors from the far east about data requirements and corrective action.
5. Updating management reports such as inventory levels, supply chain analysis.
6.



Responsible for management and proper recording of all material certifications of machined parts with precise detail in regard to lot and heat numbers.
7. Receiving, recording all incoming, outgoing orders, and preparing all outgoing shipments making sure of proper routing of shipping memos, invoices, and packing slips.
8. Investigated and resolved customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.

Any Graduate/Diploma in engineering.

Female Candidates Preferred.

Industrial experience of 4 - 6 years.
