Identifying hiring needs: Anticipate future hiring needs and work with department managers to determine requirements
 Developing job descriptions: Create job descriptions and specifications that accurately reflect the needs of the company
 Attracting candidates: Use databases, Job Portal like Work India, Noukri.com, Apna.Job, Job Hai, Social media, and other online resources to find potential candidates
 Screening candidates: Review resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates
 Conducting interviews: Use a variety of methods to interview candidates and assess their skills, experience, and knowledge
 Completing paperwork: Handle the paperwork for new hires
 Providing reports: Create recruitment reports for team managers
 Building relationships: Build relationships with hiring managers and stay up-to-date on industry trends
 Managing Training & Internship programs: Oversee internship programs
 Promoting the company:



Promote the company as an attractive place to work

Job Responsibility:
 Recruitment & Selection (Operative Group), Understand Company’s Actual Requirement & Arrange Interview.
 Complete The Joining Formalities & Collect the Required Documents, introduce to company Rules & Regulation.
 Take Follow-up for upcoming current joining candidate.
 Prepare Offer & Appointment latter
 Maintaining & Updating the Employee Files and Employee information, Preparing Employee Certificates, etc.

1. Educational Qualification: (MBA- HR FUNCTIONAL) OR Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the engineering or Industrial manufacturing sector.
