Job Description:

Position: Plant Head (Bhopal)

Location: Bhopal

Experience: 20 - 25 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end technical operations including biologics manufacturing, sterile injectables, formulation & fill-finish.

- Drive cGMP compliance, data integrity, technology transfer, process optimization & commercial scale-up.
- Ensure readiness for global regulatory inspections including USFDA, EU GMP, MHRA, WHO, ANVISA etc.
- Oversee plant administration, engineering utilities, EHS, infrastructure & statutory compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, IT, EHS & Administration.
- Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, people development & strategic site leadership.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical depth in biosimilars, biologics, injectables,



or sterile manufacturing.

- Proven administrative and infrastructure management capabilities.
- Excellent regulatory knowledge and statutory compliance understanding.
- Robust leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Vendor and budget management expertise.
- Crisis management and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.SC/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary :- 90.00 LPA
