Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and dynamic professional to join our Strategy team as Manager – Strategy. Based at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, this role will play a pivotal part in driving business planning, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment for one of the fastest-growing PropTech platforms in India.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid engineering and analytical foundation, coupled with management expertise, to optimize processes, align budgets, and support leadership in scaling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support annual and quarterly business planning in collaboration with leadership teams.
- Develop models and frameworks for revenue forecasting, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Tech, HR, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor progress against business goals, identifying bottlenecks and driving resolution.
- Enable smooth onboarding and execution of new real estate projects and partnerships.

Data Analytics & Reporting

- Own business MIS, dashboards, and data-driven insights for leadership reviews.




- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to support strategy formulation.
- Present actionable insights through structured reports, review decks, and presentations.
- Budget & Performance Management
- Manage and track budgets, ensuring adherence to cost targets.
- Monitor key KPIs (productivity, lead conversions, revenue impact) to evaluate effectiveness of strategy initiatives.
- Process & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and audit readiness across business functions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Work closely with Tech/Product teams to optimize internal systems and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- An engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech) is compulsory.
- MBA from a Tier-2 institute with specialization in Strategy, Operations, or Business Management.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting.
- Strong expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.
- Proven ability to handle large-scale budgets, business planning, and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
