Pilot Requirements and Qualifications: 1. License & Certifications: • Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Multi-Engine Rating (MER) • Valid Instrument Rating (IR) for IFR operations • Class 1 Medical Certificate (current and valid)
2. Experience: • Minimum 250+ hours of total flying experience • Minimum 100 hours of multi-engine flight experience • Prior experience with DA42-VI Diamond Aircraft (preferred but not mandatory)
3. Knowledge & Skills: • Thorough understanding of aviation safety protocols and procedures • Familiarity with corporate aviation standards and client service • Proficient in aircraft systems, avionics, and navigation
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Flight Planning & Pre-Flight Operations: • Analyze and develop detailed flight plans based on weather conditions, air traffic, and destination specifics. • Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and compliant with safety standards. • Verify fuel levels, weight distribution, and other technical specifications for safe operation.
2. Flight Execution & Navigation: • Operate the DA42-VI Diamond Aircraft with precision, adhering to corporate schedules and safety protocols. • Monitor flight instruments, navigation systems, and weather conditions throughout the flight. • Communicate effectively with air traffic control (ATC) to ensure smooth navigation and compliance with aviation protocols.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance: • Ensure strict adherence to DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and corporate aviation policies. • Maintain detailed records of flight hours, maintenance checks, and incident reports as per regulatory guidelines. • Manage emergency procedures with calmness and efficiency to protect passenger safety.
4. Post-Flight Duties: • Conduct post-flight inspections to identify and address any potential technical issues. • Submit detailed flight reports and maintain accurate flight documentation.
5. Client & Corporate Liaison: • Ensure a comfortable, secure, and professional experience for corporate clients. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding passenger information and corporate travel schedules.
6. Aircraft Maintenance Oversight: • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure routine and preventive maintenance of the aircraft. • Report any technical issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
