Educational Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) from reputed institutions
Premier / Non-premier Institute(s): Either
Reporting to: Manager, Corporate R&D;

Preferred Background/Experience:

- 4-7 years of experience in design and development of industrial products.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks / Creo, AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC products would be advantageous.





Key Responsibilities / Key Result Areas:

- Perform engineering and technical tasks for developing solutions to complex problems related to products, materials, and unique customer applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, engineering calculations, create 3D designs, and perform design checks to ensure compliance with requirements/specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to build and validate prototypes during product development.
- Identify and implement solutions for design optimization, cost reduction, and improved manufacturability while maintaining product performance and quality.

Skills Required:
