Responsibilities

- Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather, assess, and document the business requirements essential for successful Zoho platform deployments.

- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions utilizing Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and related tools.

- Act as the main technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately converted into scalable software applications.

- Implement system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and Zoho developer tools to connect Zoho applications with external third-party systems.

- Provide technical guidance, training,



and continuous support to client teams throughout the implementation phase and post-deployment.

- Identify and resolve complex technical issues through root cause analysis, delivering timely and effective solutions.

- Monitor solution performance metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and propose improvements based on usage analytics and user feedback.

- Maintain thorough documentation of technical specifications, operational workflows, and industry best practices to promote knowledge sharing.

- Stay updated on Zoho product updates, emerging technological trends, and industry shifts to drive innovation in client engagements.

Requirements Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Candidates with zero to three years of experience in software engineering, business analysis, or similar roles focused on enterprise software are encouraged to apply.

- Strong foundational knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Developer Tools.

- Competence in API integration, web services (REST/SOAP), and data modeling concepts.

- Practical familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Zoho Deluge.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience working directly with enterprise clients in a consulting or deployment capacity is advantageous but not mandatory for freshers.

- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and project support.
