Reporting To: Project Manager Job Summary

Rathi Green Energy Private Limited is looking for a Junior Project Engineer to support project execution across fabrication, pyrolysis, and recycling operations.

The role involves assisting with project planning and implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors, supervising fabrication and installation activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.

Supervise fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.

Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including engineering drawings, reports, and safety records.





Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving during project execution.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Senior Engineers and Project Managers and provide regular project progress updates.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to fabrication and recycling processes. Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and material handling.

Exposure to pyrolysis or recycling plant operations is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving ability with positive attention to detail. Educational Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

3 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Candidates with experience in fabrication, pyrolysis, or recycling industries will be preferred.
