Urgent Hiring – Electrical Head (DRI)

Location: KESDA BILASHPUR
Position: Electrical Head – DRI (Direct Reduced Iron)
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Experience: 10+ years in electrical maintenance & operations in DRI or similar steel plant environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all electrical operations and maintenance of the DRI plant

- Lead troubleshooting and ensure minimal downtime

- Manage and supervise a team of electricians and technicians

- Plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules

- Ensure compliance with safety and energy regulations

- Coordinate with other departments for smooth plant operations

- Evaluate and implement automation and energy-saving projects

✅ Key Skills:

- Electrical Systems (HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Drives)

- PLC/SCADA-based systems

- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

- Robust knowledge of DRI/Steel Plant operations

- Team leadership & shift management

- Safety compliance and energy optimization
