Job Description:

The Power Plant Head is responsible for leading and managing projects and operations from conception to completion.

POWER PLANT HEAD MUST BE HAVING EXPERIANCE IN THERMAL & BIOMASS POWER PLANT

Key job responsibilities include:

1. Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

2. Team Management: Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.

3. Design and Engineering: Oversee plant design, engineering, and procurement.

4. Construction Management: Manage construction, installation, and commissioning.

5. Schedule Control: Ensure project timelines are met.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.

7. Quality Assurance: Ensure project quality meets industry standards.

8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.

9. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

10. Compliance: Ensure project compliance with regulations and industry standards.

11. Safety Management: Ensure project safety and implement safety protocols.

12. Commissioning and Testing: Oversee plant commissioning, testing, and handover.

13. Project Closure: Ensure successful project completion and closure.

14. Plant Operations: Ensure reliable and efficient electricity generation, meeting performance targets.

15. Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, technicians,



and operators, fostering a safety-focused and productive work environment.

16. Maintenance: Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure equipment reliability and extend asset lifespan.

17. Safety: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

18. Budgeting: Manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure cost-effective operations.

19. Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental, regulatory, and industry standards.

20. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for growth, efficiency, and innovation.

21. Collaboration: Liaise with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners.

22. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring business continuity.

23. Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement.

24. Project Management: Oversee projects related to plant upgrades, expansions, or new initiatives, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality delivery.
