Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP Support & Maintenance
- Provide ongoing support for the Client’s ERP system, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.

- Enhancement & Optimization

- Implement identified high-priority enhancements, including UI/UX updates, code refactoring, and performance improvements.
- Address coding issues such as duplicate code, non-descriptive variable names, and inline CSS.

- Database Management

- Optimize SQL Server database by defining table relationships, adding primary keys, and removing redundant tables.
- Resolve performance bottlenecks caused by inefficient database queries.

- Security Improvements

- Enhance application security by implementing SSL certificates, password hashing, and page-level authentication/authorization.
- Address vulnerabilities like iframe usage and unauthorized page access.

- Collaboration with RishabhSoft Team

- Work closely with the RishabhSoft project management and QA teams to strategize and prioritize tasks.
- Participate in client review meetings to provide updates on ERP enhancements and issue resolutions.

- Documentation

- Maintain detailed technical documentation for changes, enhancements, and issue resolutions to support future maintainability.

- Modernization Participation

- Provide inputs and collaborate on discussions for ERP modernization and re-engineering initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Proficiency:




- Expertise in NET, ASP.NET (Web Forms), and SQL Server 2019.
- Experience with third-party libraries such as Crystal Reports, DevExpress, Neo Dynamic Barcode, GemBox for Excel, and iTextSharp.

- Problem-Solving Skills:

- Proven ability to debug and resolve complex issues in legacy codebases.
- Experience in refactoring legacy systems for improved maintainability.

- Database Management:

- Proficiency in SQL Server with strong knowledge of relational database design, performance tuning, and optimization.

- Security Awareness:

- Knowledge of secure coding practices and implementation of authentication/authorization mechanisms.

- Collaboration:

- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with RishabhSoft’s internal teams and provide updates to the client as required.
- Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar for task tracking.

- Preferred Experience:

- Familiarity with Gitor other version control systems.
- Experience in transitioning legacy systems to modern frameworks or technologies (e.g., .NET Core).

Contract Details:

- Duration:Initial contract for 6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and client requirements.
- Engagement Model:Remote or on-site (as required).
- Working Hours:Adaptable, but must align with Client’s working hours and critical deadlines.
- Compensation:Competitive and negotiable based on experience and engagement type (hourly/daily/monthly).
