- Data Mart Management: Prepare and maintain data marts in collaboration with IT.
- Data Integrity: Perform data reconciliation, identify and resolve quality issues, and ensure data integrity.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct acceptance testing of IT data developments and provide sign-off.
- Automation & Efficiency: Automate reports and tasks, providing insights for IT development to streamline processes.
- Reporting & Analysis: Develop regular/ad-hoc reports, analyse claims/policy/demographic data, and support business planning and provide meaningful evidence-based insights for Critical making.
- Dashboard Development: Create interactive dashboards using Qlik sense/data bricks / python/ SAS Viya Visual Analytics / tableau to visualize KPIs and trends, extracting actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Address data requests from stakeholders accurately and promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Specialization in Insurance, Technology, Statistics will be preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing high-volume data, generating reports, and performing data analysis and reporting.
- 1-2 years data analysis experience within the insurance industry preferred.
- Proficiency in SAS, Python, SQL, or Qlik sense programming and advance excel mandatory.
- Understanding of Insurance Business and Reinsurance Treaties (Calculations / Reporting) will be preferred
