Urgent Hiring – Mechanical Head (DRI)

Position: Mechanical Head – DRI (Direct Reduced Iron)
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Experience: 10+ years in mechanical maintenance within DRI or steel plant operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee mechanical operations and maintenance of the DRI plant

- Ensure minimal breakdown and maximum uptime of all equipment

- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs

- Manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians

- Monitor performance of critical equipment like kilns, coolers, conveyors, etc.

- Coordinate with electrical and production teams for smooth operations

- Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance standards

- Kiln, Cooler, Gearbox & Conveyor Maintenance

- Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance

- Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting

- Manpower Handling & Team Leadership

- Solid knowledge of DRI/Steel Plant Machinery

- Maintenance Planning & Documentation
