- Develop and maintain production schedules: Creating and updating schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capabilities.

- Manage inventory: Ensuring adequate stock levels to meet production needs while minimizing excess inventory.

- Coordinate with other departments: Collaborating with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.

- Monitor production performance: Tracking key metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements.

- Prepare reports and presentations: Summarizing production data and performance for management review.

- Troubleshoot production issues: Identifying and resolving problems that may arise during production.

- Maintain accurate records: Keeping track of inventory, production data, and resource utilization.

- Support quality control: Ensuring products meet quality standards.
