Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual TA Dashboard (Overall), SBU Wise Dashboard
- Monthly analysis of Recruitment Metrics with insights
- Data validation on various portals - weekly/fortnightly basis
- Ensuring compliance checks, maintain Recruitment dashboard status regularly
- Month end Dashboard on various metrics to be prepared
- Weekly dashboard to be prepared
- Keeping data Audit ready
Key Requirements – Education & Certification
- Graduate from a reputed institute will be preferred
Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
- Excellent communication, coordination skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, relationship management and soft skills are required
- Proven experience of 2+ years in the similar role is required
- Preference will be given to the candidate experience in Data Analysis/Dashboard Management
- Proficiency in Excel is a mandatory skill
