Cascade Headway Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Zoho Senior Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customising, and supporting Zoho applications, with a strong understanding of business processes and automation.

This role requires working from our office and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver efficient Zoho-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customize, configure, and develop solutions using Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, and other Zoho products.

- Develop workflows, custom functions (Deluge), blueprints, validation rules, and automation as per business requirements.

- Design and implement integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs.

- Understand client requirements, analyse business processes, and propose suitable Zoho solutions.

- Perform data migration, module customization, and system enhancements.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for existing Zoho implementations.

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure best practices are followed during development.

- Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery and ongoing support.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer.

- Strong familiarity with Zoho ecosystem and practical experience in Zoho application development.

- Proficiency in Deluge scripting.

- Experience with Zoho APIs, integrations, and automation.

- Good understanding of business workflows and ERP/CRM concepts.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.

- Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.
