JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly proficient Zoho Developer with hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator to join our energetic team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Zoho ecosystem, including customization, integration, automation, and performance optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Development and Customization

- Design, configure, and enhance Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and automation workflows.

- Build and manage custom functions, blueprints, and macros using Deluge scripting.

- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications and internal systems using REST APIs and webhooks.

Zoho Creator Application Development

- Design and develop robust, scalable custom applications on the Zoho Creator platform.

- Implement business logic through advanced Deluge scripting.

- Develop intuitive forms, reports, and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and performance.

Integration and API Management

- Establish and maintain seamless integrations between Zoho products and business systems (ERP, HRMS, accounting tools, etc.).

- Utilize RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhook-based interactions for real-time data synchronization.

- Leverage tools like Zoho Flow, Zapier, or similar for low-code/no-code integrations.

Support, Optimization, and Documentation

- Monitor existing implementations and proactively identify optimization opportunities.

- Provide Tier-2/3 support and resolve complex technical issues.

- Maintain clear documentation for workflows, configurations,



and best practices.

- Assist in training teams on Zoho tools and new functionalities.

Business Collaboration

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Contribute to solution architecture discussions to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.

Working Hours - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working days -

- Mon - Friday full day

- Second and Fourth Saturday half day

In case of critical delivery and deadline Saturday and Sunday will be working which can be applied as compo-offs.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer, with a strong focus on Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.

- Proficient in Deluge scripting, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.

- Familiarity with tools such as Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho People is a strong advantage.

- Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, PHP, or Python is a plus.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and business process automation.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

- Zoho certifications (Zoho CRM/Zoho Creator) are a significant plus.

- Residence location should be between Virar and Bandra
