1. Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic qualified who can blend technical recruitment with workforce planning and analytics. The ideal candidate will partner with engineering and product leadership to identify hiring needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and simultaneously contribute to workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and performance optimization for technology teams.
2. Must-Have Skills (Mandatory) Hands-on experience in technical recruitment: resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments Proficiency in managing technical assessments, code tests, and interview coordination Strong ability to deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process Expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity management Skilled in analyzing workforce performance metrics such as utilization, adherence, and productivity Experience in data analysis, root cause evaluation,
and trend-based performance reporting Ability to maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and respond to internal/external queries Proficient in generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly workforce metrics and updates

Good-to-Have Skills (Optional) Familiarity with WFM tools and process automation in a technology team setup Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving tech stacks Exposure to vendor management or coordination with third-party recruitment agencies Experience in applying analytical models for forecasting improvements

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 4–6 years of combined experience in technical recruitment and workforce planning/analytics* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
