Currently we are looking for Workday HCM Functional Consultants to be based in Bangalore.

- Serve as a system administrator for Workday Core HCM, Security and Reporting Designing, development, testing and deployment of Core HCM, Business Process configurations, Security and Reporting.

- Experience in designing and developing complex reports as required for some integrations as well as testing and support.

- Provide support to functional owners and end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex system issues.





- Partner with internal team members to develop long-term scalable solutions that help improve HR processes and streamline user experience.

- Create and maintain documentation on Functional Design Documents, and other materials.

- Implement testing to meet business requirements - perform system testing, and handle User Acceptance testing securing sign-off.

- Deliver training and create training materials as needed.

Requirements

- 4 + years of advanced experience in Workday Functional Design and configuration development.

- Workday Certification in Core HCM preferred.

- Excellent working knowledge of Core HCM, Business Process Configuration.

- Good working knowledge of Core and Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking and Absence Management.
