Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Windows Infrastructure Management
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s Windows-based systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Windows Server environments and ensure smooth IT operations with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019).
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Handle Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access management.
- Perform regular system updates, patching, backups, and security hardening.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, server issues, and network-related escalations.
- Coordinate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams for problem resolution.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and SOPs.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience in Windows Administration & AD Management
- Knowledge of virtualization platforms
- Understanding of firewall, networking basics, and IT security
- Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver within timelines
