1. Responsible to drive / contribute to global projects and bring Technical expertise in Core banking to all CIB regions.
- Define the deliverables and work plan.
- Prepare Team dashboards.
- Build a strong Technical team which will provide services globally.
- Define KPI’s for the all teams to measure Productivity, Quality, Risk and Capacity.
- Adherence of policies and procedure as mandated by the organization
