Job Title : Website Developer – React.js & CRM Integration

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Website Developer with strong expertise in web design,

development, and CRM integration. The candidate will be responsible for converting our existing custom WordPress website into React.js, ensuring improved speed, performance,

and security. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in lead flow automation,

API integration, and CRM management to preferably in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

 Convert the existing WordPress website into React.js while maintaining all functionalities, design quality, and SEO structure.

 Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces optimized for performance and security.

 Integrate website forms and lead sources with our custom CRM systems (or such as

Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

 Manage lead flow automation, from website inquiries to CRM lead management.

 Maintain website security, backups, and performance monitoring.

 Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead tracking and reporting.

 Implement APIs, webhooks,



and third-party integrations for marketing tools (Google

Ads, Meta, WhatsApp API, etc.).

 Ensure proper SEO optimization, analytics setup, and conversion tracking.

 Identify and resolve website performance, security, and functional issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

 Minimum 4 years of experience in web design and full-stack development.

 Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and

Node.js (preferred).

 Prior experience with WordPress (custom-coded themes & plugins).

 Expertise in CRM integration and lead flow management (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar custom CRM).

 Understanding of database management (MySQL / MongoDB).

 Strong knowledge of website security, hosting, and deployment practices.

 Experience in Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking.

Preferred Qualities

 Ability to manage projects independently from planning to deployment.

 Detail-oriented with robust debugging and problem-solving skills.

 Creative mindset for UI/UX improvement and responsive layouts.
