Job Title: Sales Officer / Sales Manager – Prime LAP

Department: Retail Lending – Loan Against Property

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Source customers for Prime Loan Against Property products through direct and indirect channels.

- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other referral partners.

- Understand and assess customer needs and provide suitable LAP solutions.

- Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for end-to-end loan processing.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to branch performance.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC, and policy norms.

- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends,



competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

- Provide timely updates to reporting managers and CRM tools.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales service.

- Conduct periodic market surveys to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of experience in LAP or mortgage sales.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in secured lending.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Robust relationship management and market intelligence.
