Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer Executive – Compressor Machines

Location: [Ahmedabad]

Department: Sales & After-Sales Service

Reports To: Sales Manager / Service Head

Experience: 2–5 years in compressors or industrial machinery

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and convert opportunities for compressor machine sales.

- Conduct site visits, customer demos, and technical presentations.

- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of compressor systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues in office.

- Prepare service and visit reports and maintain customer records.

- Ensure AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and warranty service follow-ups.

- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.





- Collaborate with internal teams for spares, logistics, and technical support.

- Provide product training to clients and junior staff.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and service quality protocols.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.

- 2+ years of experience in sales and servicing of compressor or industrial machines.

- Good understanding of air compressor systems (screw, piston, oil-free, etc.).

- Strong communication, customer handling, and technical problem-solving skills.

- Willing to travel frequently for client visits and fieldwork.

- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
