– Telesales Executive (Chemist Industry)

Position: Telesales Executive

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Chemist

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / pharma sales preferred

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to chemists, pharmacies, and distributors to promote company products.

- Generate leads, explain product benefits, and convert them into sales.

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Build strong business relationships with chemists and retailers for repeat sales.

- Share promotional offers, discounts,



and current product launches with customers.

- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.

- Collect feedback from chemists and report market insights to management.

- Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies during all interactions.

Requirements:

- Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Science/Pharma background preferred).

- Prior telesales / customer service / pharma sales experience is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
