Job Title: State Head

Department: Business Operations / Sales & Collections

Location: [Coimbatore - Madurai]

Reports To: Zonal Head / National Sales Head

Job Type: Full-time

? Key Responsibilities:

- ? Manage end-to-end operations including sales, credit, and collections across all branches in the state

- ? Set and monitor business targets for branch managers and ensure achievement of growth KPIs

- ? Build, lead, and motivate large sales and collections teams

- ? Drive business expansion by identifying potential markets and recent locations

- ? Ensure adherence to NBFC policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines

- ? Develop strategic partnerships with local vendors, DSAs, and financial institutions

- ? Review MIS reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvement plans





- ? Oversee risk management, credit quality, and delinquency control

- ? Conduct regular field visits and audits to ensure operational excellence

- ? Provide market feedback and assist in product customization for regional needs

? Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field

- 8–12 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record in sales, operations, and collections management

- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and team management abilities

- Willingness to travel extensively across the state
