Sales & Marketing Engineer

Location: Vadodara

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Department

(Male Only)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

- Promote technical products and solutions to customers and prospects.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.

- Manage client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product developments.

- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits.





- Maintain CRM systems and generate regular sales reports.

- Support marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related field).

- 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or marketing (freshers with robust potential may be considered).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
