Job Title: Procurement & Billing Engineer (Specialization)

Location: [Ahmedabad]

Department: Procurement / Billing / Engineering

Reports to: Project Manager / Head of Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement processes including material requisitions, vendor selection, and negotiations.

- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Handle billing activities by preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, and verifying invoices.

- Maintain accurate records of procurement and billing documentation.

- Coordinate with the project team, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely execution.

- Monitor project costs, budgets, and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

- Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation,



and reconciliation of quantities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.

- Support audit requirements and resolve billing discrepancies.

- Provide regular progress and billing reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 10- 15 years of experience in procurement and billing in construction/infrastructure projects.

- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP systems.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
