Job Title: Performance Marketer – Textile Industry

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for textile products.

- Analyze customer behavior, sales funnels, and conversion rates to improve ROI.

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives tailored to the textile/fashion audience.

- Use A/B testing to improve ad performance and landing pages.

- Monitor campaign budgets and manage spend across multiple platforms.

- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

- Work with the e-commerce, sales, and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with product availability and trends.





- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and the latest in textile/fashion marketing tactics.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the textile, apparel, or fashion sectors.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.

- Robust understanding of consumer behavior and digital sales funnels.

- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
