Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a wide range of positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, hands-on experience with leading job portals, and the ability to efficiently handle lateral hiring requirements while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Handle lateral hiring mandates across various functions and levels.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
- Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding.

Key Requirements

- Hands-on experience using recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through multiple channels.
- Experience in hiring diverse profiles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualification – Graduate

Work Timings – 9am – 6pm

Working Days – Monday to Saturday (2 sat off)

Work Location – Nariman Point
