Key Responsibilities

- Order Management:

Processing and tracking sales orders, ensuring accurate entry in the system.

- Dispatch Coordination:

Coordinating with warehouses, transportation providers, and production teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods.

- Sales Support:

Providing support to sales teams, including preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules.

- Customer Communication:

Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and addressing any issues.

- Inventory Management:

Tracking inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to ensure sufficient stock.

- Reporting:

Generating reports on sales performance, dispatch activity, and inventory levels.

Skills Required

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with sales teams, customers, and other departments.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using sales and dispatch software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to order processing, dispatch, and customer service.

Experience and Education

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is often preferred.

- Previous experience in sales coordination, dispatch, or customer service is highly desirable.

- Experience with ERP systems and sales software is a plus.
