? Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues

Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee databases

Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Conduct employee engagement activities and performance reviews

Assist in developing HR policies and procedures

Coordinate training and development programs

✅ Requirements

3–5 years of experience in HR (preferably in a similar role)

Solid knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
