We are hiring a Sales & Marketing / Business Development Manager in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for both export and domestic markets.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the printing and packaging sectors.

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to ensure timely delivery and client requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.





Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required Experience & Skills:

✔ Minimum [2] years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development

✔ Strong background in Offset Printing / Packaging Industry

✔ Proven experience handling both Export and Domestic markets

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships

✔ Result-oriented with good analytical and planning skills

✔ Willingness to travel, if required
