Position Title: Liaisoning Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

- Regulatory Liaisoning:

o Build and maintain solid relationships with DISCOM offices such as UGVCL,

PGVCL, MGVCL, and DGVCL.

o Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with solar industry requirements.

- Portal Management:

o Manage operations on platforms such as the National Portal, GEDA Portal,

CEIG Portal and IFP Portal.

o Ensure timely submissions, approvals, and updates on regulatory portals.

- Documentation and Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation for regulatory compliance.

o Utilize Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for efficient data management and reporting.

- Communication and Relationship Management:





o Develop and sustain effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate approvals and ensure project timelines are met.

o Act as the point of contact for regulatory and compliance inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education:

o Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com), Master’s in Commerce (M.Com), or Any

Graduate.

- Experience:

o At least 1 year of experience in liaisoning, in the solar industry.

- Skills Required:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

o Proficiency in liaisoning and building rapport with regulatory bodies and

DISCOM offices.

o Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

o Hands on Experience of National Portal, GEDA Portal, CEIG Portal and IFP

Portal.
