Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and schedules

- Manage multiple construction projects, including high-rise buildings

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors

- Ensure work is executed as per quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines

- Monitor site progress, manpower, material planning, and machinery utilization

- Review BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications

- Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to management

- Ensure statutory compliances and safety regulations at site

- Control project costs and minimize wastage

- Handle site-related issues and resolve technical challenges





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

- 5+ years of experience in real estate / construction projects

- Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial buildings

- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards

- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in managing contractors and large site teams

- Knowledge of project planning tools

- Strong communication and reporting skills
