Position Title: Business Associate (Field Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 1-3 Years

CTC: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 Net In-hand/Month + Travel Allowance + Incentives + Provident Fund (PF)

Key Responsibilities:

- On-field Research: Meet the daily target count for various on-field research activities to gather required data.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in data collection and research for effective analysis.
- Pilot and Dedicated Projects: Willingness to take on pilot or dedicated projects based on requirements from vertical heads.
- Client Interaction: Reach out to a target number of clients in assigned sectors for Demand Cluster Activities (DCA).
- Sales and Conversions: Focus on driving conversions, app downloads, and bringing in quality customers within DCA.
- Client Feedback: Identify new requirements from client feedback to develop new products or services.
- Prospecting: Build prospecting lists using industry knowledge and online resources to identify potential clients.
- Cold Calling and Follow-ups:



Make cold calls and follow-up calls to leads/prospects to assist in conversion.
- Relationship Building: Establish short-term relationships with prospects to increase the chances of setting up meetings.
- Market Trends and Reporting: Highlight any emerging trends and concerns to senior management for necessary action.
- Market Studies: Conduct market research in new zones based on business potential and other key parameters.

Requirements:

- Education: Minimum Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in a pure field sales role.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
- Own Vehicle: Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a field sales role with strong persuasive and negotiating skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong network in logistics or related industries is preferred.
- Local Knowledge: Should be a local candidate with a valuable understanding of geographical areas in Ahmedabad.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to seal deals and work with clients effectively.
