We are hiring a Accountant in Ahmedabad.
Designation: Accountant
Location: Santej, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries).
- File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance.
- Manage and reconcile branch-wise transactions and inter-branch accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and assist in monthly closing.
- Organize and file accounting documents (bills, vouchers, invoices).
- Support audit and financial reporting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of GST filing procedures.
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.).
- Valuable understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
