- Maintaining and organizing the stocking system to ensure efficient inventory management
- Printing labels for orders and ensuring all return orders are scanned accurately
- Filing safety claims and managing related documentation
- Handling basic customer interactions with professionalism
- Shooting creative reels for Instagram using a mobile phone and coordinating with the editing team
- Working independently to manage daily tasks and connect effectively with remote team members

Requirements

- Experience in managing stock, labeling, and printing processes
- Basic computer knowledge for handling inventory and order management systems.
- Operating a computer confidently

- Taking printouts and scanning documents

- Using MS Office (Word, Excel) for day-to-day tasks

- Familiarity with email communication and file management





- Ability to shoot and produce engaging reels for social media platforms
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail in content creation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills to connect with both in-person and remote team members
