Key Responsibilities
1.
Warehouse
Operations & Inventory â Receive, inspect, and record inbound materials (raw/packing) on Material Receipt Notes â Ensure proper storage location allocation, labelling, batch and expiry checks â Support issue & dispatch of materials as per schedule and SOPs â Conduct physical inventory counts / cycle counts and reconcile with system records â Maintain accurate warehouse logbooks, records, and documentation
2. Compliance & Documentation â Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety, and quality standards for pharmaceutical storage â Maintain documentation for audits (internal, regulatory, external)
â Ensure FIFO / FEFO inventory practices, especially for expiryâsensitive products â Support physical stock verification and audit queries
3. Coordination & Communication â Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Assurance/Control, Engineering, and Production â Assist in inventory forecasting and planning of materials â Liaise with logistics teams for timely dispatch/transport arrangements

Warehouse
Safety & Housekeeping â Ensure clean, organized, and hazardâfree warehouse environment â Execute housekeeping according to SOPs and safety norms â Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly
Requirements
Skills &
Competencies â Basic to intermediate knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control â Familiarity with ERP /Zoho â Positive understanding of cGMP, quality and safety practices in pharmaceutical warehousing â Attention to detail, accuracy, and complianceâfirst mindset â Basic reading and writing skills (English preferred)
â Physically fit; able to lift light to medium loads â Prior warehouse or pharma experience is an advantage â Preferred male candidates only â Candidates from nearby locations only (preferably within 5 kms)
