Role Description

The Project Manager at BE COOL AIRCONN will oversee end-to-end delivery of air conditioning projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and close-out. This full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, includes coordinating with expeditors, technicians, vendors, and clients to manage timelines, resources, and project documentation. Daily tasks include preparing project plans, monitoring progress, managing logistics for materials and equipment, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.



The Project Manager will also handle risk assessment, issue resolution, cost tracking, and reporting to leadership, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management experience and familiarity with Expediting activities.
Experience working as an Expeditor or in roles involving Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Knowledge of Inspection processes, with the ability to perform or oversee quality and safety inspections on-site.
Logistics Management skills to coordinate procurement, material handling, and scheduling of equipment and workforce.
Experience in HVAC, construction, or related technical fields is highly beneficial.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications, and to work closely with engineering and site teams.
