Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Manager role based in Chennai. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business customers, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular contact with clients,



understanding their business needs, and recommending suitable TradeIndia services and solutions. The role involves onboarding new clients, providing product demonstrations, resolving service issues, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking account performance. The Account Manager will also identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, prepare reports, and contribute to achieving team and organizational sales targets.
Qualifications
Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term partnerships.
