Role Description The Regional Sales Head (West) is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara,



responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across the western region. The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and government clients. The Regional Sales Head will oversee a sales team, set performance targets, monitor sales pipelines, and ensure timely reporting and forecasting. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, coordinating with technical and operations teams to align solutions with customer requirements, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring regional competition, contributing to pricing and negotiation strategies, and supporting long-term business development initiatives aligned with the company’s vision in renewable and industrial electrical solutions.
