Position: Executive / Engineer - IT

Department: Information Technology (IT)

Reports To: IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

Provide IT support to office and shop-floor users.
Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, Scanners and networking devices.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
Manage user accounts, email IDs and access rights.
Data backup, antivirus and system security monitoring.
Support ERP / CCTV systems.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.
Maintain IT asset and service records.

Quality & Safety

Ensure data security and system uptime.
Follow IT security and company data protection policies.
Support audits and IT compliance activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and software installation.
Knowledge of Windows OS,



MS Office and email configuration.
Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi networking.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience

Any graduate /ITI stream holder.
0 to 1 years experience in IT support / system maintenance.

Salary & Advantages

Salary Range: ₹19,000 to ₹23,500 per month (Based on experience & skill)
